Tues, Mar 9th - “Quick Fix Casseroles”

Baked Ziti  -  Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Casserole

 

In these 1.5 hour interactive cooking demonstrations, you'll discover recipes created for the home cook, get step-by-step instructions for delicious fool-proof dishes, watch essential culinary techniques in action, and learn some helpful tricks and tools of the trade.  Please come with an appetite, as all classes include sampling of the delectable dishes that have been prepared.

 

In March, we are presenting a couple of casserole dishes that are relatively easy to make and can also be prepared ahead of time and cooked later.  We’ll start with Baked Ziti, a delectable cheesy pasta dish, and we’ll also make a Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Casserole that makes a fantastic St Patrick’s Day meal.
