I was questioning why I was paying so much for my Internet service through ATT&T so I called them (1-800-288-2020). The very nice gent said to me “I wish you would have called sooner. You are paying the highest price for the slowest service. I can increase your line speed by about 5 times and lower your price by $10 now”.  After I picked myself up off the floor, I questioned their policy and he said all they do is ‘dial up a higher speed from there’. No installation or anything else needed. I also told him how disappointed I was that I was ‘sold’ this package in the first place.

Anyway – if you have ATT as your ISP, it’s worth a call to see if you’re getting the most for your dollars. As consumers, we  must be our own advocates and question EVERYTHING!
