I've achieved my primary goal and that is to bring the issue front and center.
But, doesn't resolve the primary issues.....money to spend, noise bouncing around the canyons and appropriateness for our gated community.

If the project is given a "study" period, I suggest a demonstration by having someone who is "checked out" with a .45 cal pistol, station themselves on the site and fire about 50 rounds of BLANK cartridges at different times of the day. Especially on a weekend when the summer crowds are here, and there are campers in the campground and without forewarning to anybody.
