Mr. Canepa’s response to Mr. Graham speaks eloquently to the absurdity of
describing a firing range as an amenity. I would like to add only that the
impact of this “benefit” would not be confined to Ferretti Road and
Cottonwood but would affect the whole Big Creek Basin including all of Units
2, 6 and 7, as well as portions of others. Mr. Graham comments that firing
ranges are hard to find. I wonder why that is.
