I, for one, and I believe a significant portion of our property owners, think that an added amenity that creates what is otherwise a hard to find and available attraction is extremely beneficial to our membership. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but neither is golf, tennis, horseback riding, camping, aviation, boating or the other activities that are available to our property owners. Let's get facts and statements of interest before we get all upset.

The isolated location should take it out of being a nuisance factor and getting facts and interest statements should tell us if it is a financial issue. It sounds like an exciting proposition to me, but that's just me.
