Hello Friends of the Groveland Dog Park and all of Groveland!

 

This year Pepsi gave up their Superbowl advertising and is applying the money to local projects and giving away $1.3 million a month. This month I submitted the Groveland Dog Park for a grant of $5,000. The voting process began yesterday and runs through the end of the month. You can vote once a day for the Groveland Dog Park.

Please vote EVERY DAY and send to all your friends and family to vote. There will be 10 winners for the $5000 category. Right now we are ranked number 36. Please help get the word out! It isn't every day that money seemingly falls in our laps....let's get it! It won't be any easier than this time around as more and more people hear of the opportunity.

 

You are also encouraged to vote for other favorite projects, but maybe focus on the other grant values (not the $5000) so as to not dilute the Groveland Dog Park votes! On opening day we were ranked 35, the next day 37 and today 36. So let's stay on top of the voting - it just takes a minute a day...from everyone!

PS: There are many other great programs Groveland is working on through the many organizations that do stuff around here that would qualify for grant funding from Pepsi. Shouldn't we get a project a month going? Anyone want to work with me on this? One year of a minute a day to vote isn't too much to ask to see some of our dreams for Groveland come to pass. I think it important that we don't overlap more than one project per funding category. Let's organize!
