ASSOCIATION PREVAILS IN LETT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ARBITRATION

After four years the Ken Lett Employment Contract Binding Arbitration was finally resolved with the Association prevailing. 

In an effort to keep our membership informed, we are providing copies of the written decision of the Arbitration Judge to all PMLA members at the Administration Office front counter and the PML Website. A name and telephone number were redacted from the document for privacy purposes.
