- “ Brie En Croute, In December, we’ll work with pastry to create a couple of
decadent, yet easy to make appetizers that are sure to impress your
Christmas party guests. We will start with a Brie En Croute, a baked
Brie Cheese with a choice of several toppings, encapsulated in a tasty
pastry crust. Then we will show you a stunning Pastry Crescent Wreath
filled with Rueben Sandwich ingredients including our homemade Smoked
Pastrami. We’ll also offer other variations of this recipes
including “Spinach and Artichoke”, “Chicken Club”, “Turkey and
Cranberry”, “Chicken and Broccoli”, “Garden Vegetable Omelet”, and
a “Ham Florentine Wreath”. Upcoming Cooking Demonstrations: Tues, Jan 13th “Low Carb Diet
Favorites” – Meatza Pizza, Chicken Cordon Bleu Tues, Feb 10th “Valentines
Desserts” – Crème Brulee, Home-made Ice Cream Tues, Mar 10th “Sushi Rolls”
